The picturesque village of Dana Bay is one of the most beautiful and safest residential Areas of the Western Cape and is situated close to Mossel Bay. Visit the historically-rich and beautiful town of Mossel Bay, with all the luxuries of the 21st century. Mossel Bay retains the laid-back, peaceful atmosphere of a quaint Harbour town. One of the most breathtaking and unspoilt sandy beaches is within walking distance from Eden Guest House B&B. See the whales and the dolphins play from the deck with magnificent breaker views. This combined with one of the best year round climates (second to Hawaii), makes Dana Bay a must!

Facilities & Accommodation

Eden Guest House B&B offers top quality corporate and tourist accommodation. Enjoy a stay in one of our 6 Double rooms having full private en-suite bathrooms and cosy seating areas where guests can admire the lovely views or settle down for a read. All rooms have satellite television, WiFi and a security safe as well as own fridge.

The rooms are stocked with Coffee and tea facilities, books to read, and board games for rainy days. There’s even a separate games room with championship snooker table for all guests to enjoy on those evenings you don’t feel like going out.

Become one with nature in this remarkable place, where you’ll share your days and evenings with the birds that see this as a sanctuary. In the evenings, unwind on the patio with drinks from the bar, and wait for the evening’s serenity to set in while appreciating the magnificent splendour of an African sunset.

Dress sense: Wear light clothing, a hat and sun block. 

Wear light clothing during the day in summer.  Winter months You’ll need a sweater or coat at night and during the occasional cold snap. Frost is very rare and snow has never been recorded in Mossel Bay, although it is sometimes seen on the peaks of the Outeniqua Mountains, to the north.

Your hosts, Jan en Susan's  large double-storey seaside home also known as Eden Guest House B&B offers top quality corporate and tourist accommodation, wherebush buck wondering around the fynbos garden with beautiful bird life which is in abundance in this protected conservatory.

A number of highly rated golf courses are in close proximity. Within 20 minutes drive from George Airport and an hour’s reach from scenic towns such as Oudtshoorn,Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.

Eat & Drink

By prior arrangement Eden Guest House B&B also offers lunches, dinners, packed lunches, for Corporate clients. 

Breakfast is prepared every morning and served in the dining room which has unspoiled views of the Indian Ocean. At the end of the day relax in the cosy pub with a sundowner.

By prior arrangement Eden Guest House B&B also offers lunches, dinner, packed-lunches for corporate clients, and a laundry service.

Eden Guesthouse B&B offers a equipped boardroom for conferences in Mossel Bay, catering for up to 35 delegates. This venue is also available for private functions.

Cleaning service and all linen, towels etc is included. You would need own towels for the beach or swimming. 

We offer you Non smoking, allergy free rooms, however there is a smoking area reserved for smokers. 

No Pets  allowed

?Parents with toddlers, and people of age, please be aware of steps to upstairs area.

We cater for special diets, but needs to be mentioned on arrival.
